SignalCRMAI operates on a subscription-based and service-based billing model. By purchasing our services, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees.

Fees may include setup fees, monthly subscription fees, usage-based fees (such as messaging, calls, or AI usage), and add-on services.

Recurring Payments

Subscription fees are billed automatically on a recurring basis. You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains valid and up to date.

Late or Failed Payments

If payment fails or is overdue, we may suspend or terminate access to the Services until payment is received.

Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

  • Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable
  • Usage-based fees (SMS, email, voice, AI usage) are non-refundable

Any promotional guarantees or credits (such as performance-based offers) are subject to specific written terms.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not result in a refund for charges already incurred.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance when required by law.

Disputes & Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in immediate suspension of Services.
