These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SignalCRMAI platform, website, and services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using SignalCRMAI (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use our Services.
Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Use of Services
You agree to use the Services only for lawful business purposes. You may not:
- Violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international laws
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or illegal communications
- Misuse SMS, email, voice, or AI communication features
- Attempt to access systems or data without authorization
- Resell or sublicense the Services without written permission
Compliance With Messaging Laws
You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable messaging, privacy, and marketing laws, including but not limited to TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and carrier regulations.
SignalCRMAI is not responsible for your failure to obtain proper consent from contacts before sending communications.
Billing and Payments
All fees are billed in advance unless otherwise stated. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Refund Policy
Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in a written agreement. Usage-based fees, including messaging and AI usage, are non-refundable.
Intellectual Property
All software, content, trademarks, and materials provided by SignalCRMAI are owned by or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services.
Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate with third-party providers such as Stripe, Twilio, and Mailgun. We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, or policies.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or applicable laws. You may cancel your account at any time.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding uptime, performance, or results.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignalCRMAI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SignalCRMAI from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
